Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse
Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse launched a new menu featuring new, innovative items made fresh daily by the Steakhouse chefs. The restaurant, known for our expansive menu of hearty steakhouse fare, is increasing the locally grown and sourced cuisine.
The new menu items feature naturally raised beef from California, Morro Bay oysters and local wild halibut, as well as a myriad of locally grown and sustainable produce like fresh spring peas and tendrils, asparagus, kale, artichokes and wild mushrooms. The Chef’s Garden at the Inn will provide ingredients, including chilies now growing that will be pickled, fresh basil, and heirloom tomatoes. And all of the pastas will be handcrafted.
The new menus are the creation of Battle of the Bay Winner and Executive Chef Paul Arangorin. Arangorin’s inspiration for this menu is the bounty of fresh, available ingredients the Central Coast provides. “I wanted to serve wonderful local produce and naturally raised meats, and give them the opportunity to shine by balancing the flavors and textures of each ingredient.”
Please note, the Steakhouse offers indoor fireside dining or patio seating overlooking the Inn's beautiful gardens. We have recently added new furniture, a cozy fireplace and fire pit tables to our patio to enhance our guests’ dining experience at our Paso Robles restaurant.
*Leashed dogs are welcome on the Steakhouse patio for outdoor dining. Please keep our furry friends off all furniture.

Something's been Brewing - Specialty Coffees
Start your day off right with a classic breakfast at the historic Paso Robles Inn Coffee Shop at our hotel in Paso Robles, CA. The historic Coffee Shop, originally constructed in 1942, has been completely restored, newly renovated and is open daily.
The restoration project included the reconstruction of a 50-foot circular counter, reinstallation of the original chrome barstools, and the complete restoration by local artist Stephen Kalar of a large mural depicting early Mission-era life.
For years the Coffee Shop has been a local gathering spot to catch up with friends and neighbors over coffee and a great breakfast. Today, travelers continue to enjoy the nostalgic feel of a classic coffee shop setting. The Paso Robles Inn Coffee Shop is an unforgettable step into the history of the Paso Robles region.
The Cattlemen's Lounge is also boasting a whole new menu of signature drinks, all based on history of the Inn. After dinner or a rewarding day exploring Paso Robles, head upstairs to the Cattlemen's Lounge and enjoy some local history, flavor and culture.
A California landmark as well as a local hot spot, the Cattlemen’s Lounge features a full bar, a happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, live acoustic music every Thursday, live entertainment on the weekends, and four television screens.
