Everything You Need to Know About the Paso Robles Inn

  • What time is check-in? Check-in begins at 4 PM daily.
  • When is check-out? Visit us at the Front Desk or leave your keys in the room by 12 PM.
  • Is early check-in available? Check-in is guaranteed at 4 PM, however, early check-in can be requested, but not guaranteed. Please call the day of your arrival so we may see if early check-in is available.
  • Is late check-out available? Check-out time is 12 PM. A late check-out request is based on availability, and late check-out fees may apply. Contact Guest Services directly to request a late check-out.
  • How do I access my mobile key? Guests of Paso Robles Inn can now enjoy state-of-the-art guestroom access via mobile key! Click here to download the OpenKey app prior to your stay, and request your mobile key at check-in. Once you receive your welcome text message, simply verify your phone number through the app and download your key. It’s as simple as that!
  • What is your cancellation policy? All reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax upon cancellation.
  • What is your incidental hold policy? Upon check-in, we will place a hold on your card in the amount of room and tax plus $100, in case of any incidental charges (example: Steakhouse charges or Cattlemen's Lounge charges). If a debit card is used, the authorization will appear as an actual charge and the remaining funds will be refunded at check out. The refund can take up to 7 business days to process.
  • What is the Paso Robles Inn's pet policy? The Paso Robles Inn has a limited number of designated dog-friendly rooms. If you bring a dog, you must book one of our dog-friendly rooms, which carry an additional nightly fee of $50 per pet, with a $100 maximum additional charge to your room. Please review our dog policy prior to your arrival. 
  • Is breakfast included with my reservation? Breakfast is not included, however, you may book our "Bed & Breakfast Package" to include breakfast with your stay.
  • Does the Paso Robles Inn provide baby cribs? Pack-n-Plays are available for guest use upon request while staying with us. Please request one prior to or during check-in.
  • Are rollaway beds available? Rollaway beds are available upon request for the Deluxe Spa Rooms or Jesse James Suites. The Traditional Rooms, unfortunately, cannot accommodate a Rollaway bed. Please request one either prior to or during check-in.
  • How will the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact my stay at a Martin Resorts hotel? As our guest, your health and safety come first. We are taking proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and guests by instituting enhanced disinfection protocols. For further details on our response to the Coronavirus, click here


  • Do you still have the hot spring tubs in select rooms? In an effort to please our guests and after careful thought and consideration, the Paso Robles Inn and Martin Resorts have made the decision to cap our access to the Sulfur water at the property. The smell of the sulfur water was often overbearing for our guests and has hindered the overall guest experience. All of our Deluxe Spa rooms will still feature private spa tubs on their patios.   • Do you have on-site parking? Yes, we are happy to offer our guests free on-site parking, conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles. We even offer a Tesla electric car charging station for your eco-friendly needs
  • Does the Paso Robles Inn provide free Wi-Fi? Yes, we do! For all your business or social media needs, our high-speed Fiber Internet connectivity is complimentary.
  • Do you have a restaurant on-site? At the Paso Robles Inn, satisfy your hunger without leaving our property at The Steakhouse, open daily. 
  • Does the hotel have a fitness room? The Paso Robles Inn does not have a fitness center, however, a Day Pass can be purchased from Kennedy Club Fitness.
  • How do I access the pool & hot tub? In accordance with the new policies mandated by local and state authorities, the pool and hot tub have limited occupancy restrictions in place, and reservations are required. Reservations can be made at check-in. Lounge chairs will be spaced six feet apart. We appreciate your patience and respect as we do our best to navigate the new requirements.
  • Can I feed the Koi Fish? Yes, please do! To feed our colorful Koi Fish, simply ask the Front Desk for a cup of fish food, free of charge.
  • Do you allow smoking on property, or in the rooms? No, no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere at the hotel. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
  • Does the Paso Robles Inn offer wine tours? The Paso Robles Inn offers a Paso Robles Wine Tour package, which includes overnight accommodations, round-trip transportation, tastings at 4-6 wineries*, and a scenic picnic lunch for two.
  • Is there anything else to do besides wine tasting? There are many things to taste in the downtown area such as Olive tasting and beer tasting - all within walking distance to the hotel. Click here for our complete guide.
  • How does the Paso Robles Inn conserve water? We are limiting our water use by placing biodegradable cups in room, replacing towels left on the floor, & changing sheets every 3rd day of your stay (unless requested). Please feel free to contact the Front Desk to request glassware. Conserve water and save $10, ask the Front Desk how.

The Steakhouse 

  • Does the Steakhouse allow pets? Yes, you can dine with your furry friend outside on the Patio at our Steakhouse
  • Is room service available? Yes, you can order room service from The Steakhouse by dialing 400 from your guestroom. 

Location & Transportation

  • How do I get to the hotel? Nestled in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles, the Inn is easily accessible from Highway 101. From the South, take the exit for Spring Street. From the North, take the exit for 17th Street. Click here for more details and directions. 
  • Where is the nearest airport? Paso Robles is approximately 30 miles from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport with daily flights operated by Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and United. There is no commercial airline service to Paso Robles, however, the Paso Robles Municipal Airport is equipped for private services. 
  • Is your hotel affiliated with any airlines for mileage points? As a Martin Resorts property, you can earn 500 Alaska Airline miles per qualifying stay at the Paso Robles Inn by booking direct. Must mention you are an Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan member at check-in. Miles will be awarded upon check-out. Plus, travel with Alaska, purchase wines from San Luis Obispo Wine Country, and fly your wine home free!
