Coffee Shop
The famous coffee shop at the Paso Robles Inn has been completely restored and opens daily for breakfast at 5:45 am. The historic coffee shop was originally constructed in 1942 and was a local gathering place for nearly 50 years. The restoration project included the reconstruction of a 50-foot circular counter, reinstallation of the original chrome barstools and the complete restoration of a large mural. Local artist, Stephen Kalar, restored the beautiful mural, which depicts early Mission era life. |
